Abstract:
BFO nanoparticles were successfully synthesized by reverse chemical co-precipitation method at room temperature. The pH value in this experiment was fixed on 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12. The aspreparedpowders, characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electronmicroscope (FESEM) and Fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Kinetic of reactions increases with increasing pH value. The size of crystallites was 60-110 nm calculatedfrom Scherer equation. The micrographs of samples showed that morphological changing from nearly cubic to rod-like shape of particles.
