Children have an amazing imagination, everything looks exciting around them. They learn a lot of things naturally by experience in the environment. Therefore environment and atmosphere in which the child is placed, and the child s relationship with that space is also very influential in shaping the personality of the child. This survey aims to express an effective environment helping to enhance the quality of the built environment for growing the child and tries to help the world of experience and learning problems of the child and also, aids by the study of their behavior in space and investigate their mental picture of the ideal. Through children s handling, manipulation and physical interaction with materials and the natural environment, they learn the rules and principles that make the world operate. Also, the Indoor and Outdoor environments has revised, as well, how outdoor, interior and exterior can affects on children’s learning and personality. When designing these locations researches should focus on issues that is related with children’s environment routinely and also try to be more understanding of their physical and mental problems, and design spaces to fit desires and needs of children and create a fun and exciting environment for learning more and more.
