خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents a new design for a dual-band bandpass filter (BPF) with microwave frequency characteristics based on a basic design used to achieve desirable frequency characteristics over the passband .in continuation it is applied optimum parameters including: bandwidths, return loss, insertion loss, with Defected Ground Structure (DGS). The compact size and the presence of dual-bands are among the features of this filter. Simulation results for the proposed filter include performance at 3.7 GHz and 6.5 GHz with respective insertion loss of -0.5 dB and -0.4 dB.
