Abstract:

One of the most important issues in the Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) bio signal transmission is the synchronization between the transmitters and receivers. Because in the absence of synchronization between the transmitter and receiver, transmitted bio signal doesn’t receive on Time and correctly. Synchronization and Direct Current (DC) component have been improved on Modified Non Return to Zero-Inverse (MNRZ-I) digital to digital encoding method in comparison of Non Return to Zero-Inverse (NRZ-I) method. This paper presents review, simulation and compares the synchronization between transmitter and receiver in MNRZ-I method. The MNRZ-I and the NRZ-I synchronization parameters is simulating using Matlab. The results show that synchronization in MNRZ-I method is much better than NRZ-I method.
