Abstract:

Today the city is expanding with rapid growth and development, the increasing populationand expanding urban landscape in most cities. So, the urban growth in the wake of economicdevelopments, social and unplanned growth of cities has been rampant disorganizationcaused by improper operation and construction of urban land. Dehgolan Like most cities ofthis change is to the far left. Studies show population growth over the past 50 years nearly 28times the increase in population growth, expansion of the city has also sought. So that the citywith the physical growth of 37 times during this period, problems such as degradation ofagricultural land around the city, environmental problems, lack of urban infrastructure andhas created . This study was a descriptive analytical research method of by taking advantageof Holdren Model To analyze how to develop the citys physical space Holdren model basedon physical growth of 78 percent between 1333-1385 and 22% in 1335 due to populationgrowth of urban sprawl is related to horizontal growth. The operating results in lack ofsupervision of control of urban managers and the lack of a systematic plan for the physicaldevelopment of the city.
