Urban traffic management is dynamic and static traffic warning and traffic monitoring is notuseful for next generation .Mobile Adhoc Networks solve traffic problems. In these networks , nodes cooperate together. There isn’t any central manager for nodes management. In this paper , we propose a new routing algorithm for improving cooperating of nodes in Adhoc networks
