خلاصه مقاله:
Shape stabilized polyethylene glycol (PEG) as a phase change material (PCM) was used for thermal energy storage in novolac type phenolic resin. In this work kinetic of novolac in situ polymerization in PEG was investigated by using calorimetry. Kamal Sourour formula was used to investigate the reaction kinetic parameters. Results show that non catalytic rate constant don’t change significantly, however reaction order and catalytic rate constant decrease by increasing PEG.
