خلاصه مقاله:
In the present project, pH sensitive sodium alginate beads were proposed as a protective capsule for montmorillonite-propranolol (MMT-PPN) nanohybrids in simulated gastrointestinal conditions. The studies of in-vitro PPN release showed a better protection in simulated gastric conditions and a controlled release in the simulated intestinal conditions for alginate-encapsulated MMT-PPN nanohybrids.
