Porous morphology was prepared from a partially cured polydimethylsiloxane rubber by extracting the sol fraction The resulting microstructure has interconnected pore of size mainly below 400 nm. The etched samples annealed at 140 C o for various time lengths. The longer the annealing time, the more the pore size and the pore number decreased
