A profound and systematic comparison was drawn between the fuzzy nanofibers and single crystals prepared using poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT)-block-coily oligomers. The P3HT fuzzy nanofibers and single crystals were covered by the dielectric coily blocks of polystyrene (PS), poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA), and poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG), thereby leading to the brush-like regions on the surface of grown crystals in the longitude of P3HT backbones. The atomic force microscopy (AFM) analyses demonstrated that the single crystals grown by seeding method were significantly longer and thicker compared to the corresponding nanofibers
