خلاصه مقاله:
Diabetes is a complex metabolic disorder that severely has affected more people all around the world. Diabetic ulcers may result in infection with a high risk of sepsis and eventually limb amputation. In this study we report the production and application of electrospun curcumin-loaded poly (ε-caprolactone) (PCL)/gum tragacanth (GT) nanofibrous scaffold for healing full thickness wound on the dorsum of rats. Produced nanofibers were evaluated for in vivo diabetic wound healing studies by excision wound model using rats. Electrospun nanofibers provided the proper biodegradation behavior. Scaffolds with cell and without cell showed quick wound closing compared to control samples
