خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, we select Curcumin(CUR) as a reference drug and electrospun poly (PCL/PSS) nanofibers as a fibrous matrix covered bone growth factors such as HAP for our drug-delivery system and Tissue Engineering.due to High surface to volume ratio in nano fiber has many applications in tissue engineering and drug delivery. Among the production methods nanofibers, Electrospining simple and complex techniques of natural and artificial polymeric .SEM shows the fiber diameter uniform distribution ،Studies NMR and IR combination emphasizes the successful synthesis. The obtained results indicate that polycaprolactone-b-poly styrene sulfonate–hydroxyapatite nanofibrous scaffolds have appropriate physico-chemical and biological properties to be used as biomimetic scaffolds for bone tissue regeneration.
