Abstract:

To improve process characteristics and transparency, nuclear maker factors are added to Polypropylene and changes its mechanical properties. The results of experiments on Pole propylene samples, show that by increasing the number of nuclear maker centers, to start crystallization, nuclear maker factors cause the created Spheroids to be smaller and also cause their number to be more than the number of none nuclear Polypropylene. The crystallization in resins containing nuclear maker factors is more complete than in resins lacking of a nuclear maker factor and also its amount is more. Resins containing nuclear maker factors have more tensile strength, Stiffness, Flexural modulus and high heat distortion temperature than the resins lacking nuclear maker factors, but their Strength against impact is lower.High amount of crystallization cause the tolerance to be reduced against radiation at sterilization time and can reduce the effects of light stabilizers of bulky substitution amines and other Stabilizers. Because intussusceptions of Polypropylene containing nuclear maker factors happens fast in a template so if the parts do not be taken out from the template immediately, the intussusceptions will happen within the template. Also by comparing the conducted research, it is clear that by increasing the speed of making the molten polymer cold, and by reducing the Spheroids measure, the polymer transparency is increases because of low scattering of light passing through the material. Also by Spheroids measure reduction, the rugas lessen in some usages and the material surface strengthens and stabilizes against more tonality. The nuclear making used in Pole propylene contains Carboxylic acids salt, sorbitols benzyl and organic phosphates salts. Carboxylic acids salts, increases the polymer transparency to a limited measure while the mechanical properties are increased because of crystallization acceleration. De sorbitols benzyl lessens the crystals size to a considerable extent and cause the polymer transparency to be increased to a considerable extent
