In this study, we fabricate Poly (vinyl alcohol) / Hyperbranched Poly (ethyleneimine) (PVA/PEI nanofibrous mat as a Transdermal drug delivery system(TDDS) for the release of ibuprofen as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The morphological appearances of nanofibrous mats were characterized by SEM images. Release behavior of drug-loaded PVA/PEI nanofibrous mat, its as-cast film and drug-loaded PVA nanofibrous mat have compared with total immersion technique. Release samples were determined by UV spectrophotometer at the body temperature(37). Results, briefly, illustrated that PEI – contained Nanofibrous mat can release the drug in a best manner in comparison to its film and neat PVA nanofibrous mat
