Investigation of the Thermo-mechanical Properties of Chitosan/ Gelatin/ Nano clay composite films for Wound Dressing Application

This study remarks analysis of mechanical behavior of chitosan/gelatin blend films comprising various content of nano-clay. The analogy of the experimental data resulted in promoting the mechanical responses which showed the influence of the blend ratio on the ultimate mechanical properties. Results showed significant effect of the nano particle on thermo-mechanical properties of specimens which can be the consequence of nano-composite structure.
