In this study the mechanical properties of (nanonickel oxide/polydimethylsiloxane) nanocomposite have been studied. Samples were prepared in two different methods and three percentage of nickel oxide (NiO) nanoparticles. Dispersion of nanoparticles in polymer matrix are investigated by (SEM) and (TEM) and the elastic modulus of samples are evaluated by (DMTA). It is seen that young’s modulus and dispersion quality of nanoparticles improve with increasing the stiffness and using freezing technique with liquid nitrogen
