Styrene–ethylene–propylene–styrene block copolymer (SEPS) /Nanosilica compounds were prepared using a mixing technique. The effects of SEPS/nanosilica ratio on the mechanical properties of the compounds were investigated. The effects of Nanosilica osilica modified asphalts were studied. Due to study storage stability, the rheological properties of top and bottom of samples have been compared by DSR. The compounds were successfully remained stable at high-temperature in conjunction with improvement of the rheological and mechanical properties of asphalts as compared with pure SEPS modified or pure Nanosilica modified asphalts. The results show, in comparison with the other binders, SEPS/Nanosilica modified binders have more resistance to aging and better properties after RTFO. The measurement of viscosity at high temperature shows the higher viscosity of SEPS/Nanosilica guarantee the thicker film formation surrounding the aggregates which increases the cohesive forces between the components.
