خلاصه مقاله:
Three types of biodegradable controlled release drug delivery systems for morphine, ultra-low dose naltrexone and their co-therapy applicable in treatment of moderate to severe pain were developed, based on administering opioid with ultra low dose of opioid antagonist in conjunction with opioid agonist. Mentioned systems are the in situ-forming, microsphere and a combination of these two drug delivery systems. In this work morphine select as opioid agonist and naltrexone as opioid agonist due to their superb performance in pain reliving.
