Aqueous PUDs which are formed from diisocyanates,polymeric polyols and ionic surfactants have found diverse applications in different industries such as textiles, adhesives,gloves, wood finishing, glass fiber sizing, automotive topcoats, films for packaging among several other applications [1, 2]. Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines are interesting fused heterocyclic compounds since some of them have been shown to possess antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticonvulsant and hypnoticactivities. To the best of our knowledge there is no report in literature concerning the 3CR between 2-aminopyridines,aldehydes and isocyanides on a polymer as the media of the reaction
