Conducting hydrogel is a novel functional material that has been developing recently. Hydrogels based on conducting polymers have been attracting increasing attention in the pastdecade because the materials exhibit the mechanical and swelling properties of hydrogels added to the specifictransport properties of conducting polymers, originating from their unique p-conjugated systems [1,2]. It is possible to be used as conducting film, coating, sensor, conducting fiber,wave absorbing material and so on. The electrical properties of conducting polymers make them suitable for devices drivenby an external electric signal, such as potential or current [3- 6].
