Polymeric Nano-composites have attracted a lot of attention due to their high performance. Same final properties with less required reinforcing materials in comparison with manyprevalent composites, makes this group of polymers superior to the others. In order to predict the mechanical properties ofthese composites, many approaches have been evaluated in order to reach comprehensive models, based on corresponding primary assumptions [1].Results and discussion: We propose a new model, which predicts the mechanical properties of Nano-composites, comprising plate like fullyexfoliated reinforcing phase. Figure 1a shows a comprehensive scheme of model, consisting of three different phases (Nano phase, interface and matrix). EBM model is alsoused in order to arrange the mentioned parts in series form (Fig. 1b) [3].
