خلاصه مقاله:
Several approaches have been carried out by scientists in order to create a long-lasting fragrance [1]. Perfume makers as well as textile industries have been particularly interested inthis subject. In the past decade, encapsulation has been used in order to preserve fragrances, and control their releasebehaviors [2]. In this method, the shell should be torn to release the essence. As a result, the rate of release is rapid. In recent years, dendrimers have concerned a great deal of attention because of their well-defined, highly branched architecture and multi peripheral functionalities [3]. Theinteraction of the guest molecules such as fragrance with dendritic materials produces a high energy barrier to overcomevolatilization, thus producing long-lasting fragrances [4]. Inthis paper, it is intended to describe the possibility of recognition of dendrimer-fragrance complexes using electronic nose (E-nose).
