خلاصه مقاله:
Low density polyethylene production is with the mechanism of free radical production. Reaction at high temperature and pressure (usually 120-280 Mpa and 250-300 °C) is performed.Reaction heat is about 800 kcal/g and the material should be removed from the reactor less than of Residence time. Only asmall part of this heat through the walls of the reaction is carried out that wall thickness and polymer deposition on the wall aretheir reasons. Polymer tends to deposit on the cold surface of the container, so the heat transfer rate decreases. Reaction is cooled by passing cold additional monomers; production ratedirectly related to Rotation speed of ethylene and rate of temperature rise in the reactor
