Nowadays, there are many researchers interested in the development of polymer nanocomposites because of their significant improvements in mechanical strength and stiffnessand thermal properties with traditional polymers [1]. Polyethylene (PE) is one of the most widely used polyolefinpolymers for industrial applications. Many types of fillershave been used with PE in order to improve its properties [2- 3]. In this work, we report preparation of PE/carbon blacknanocomposites via in situ polymerization using bi-supported Ziegler-Natta catalytic system and investigation of structural and thermal of these composites
