خلاصه مقاله:
The present study made an attempt to explore if the level of EFL teachers’ social capital had any significant relationship with their level of burnout. To do so, two questionnaires namely, Social Capital Measurement (Onyx & Bullen, 0222) and Maslach Burnout Inventory (Maslach & Jackson 1891, 1891), were distributed among 119 Iranian high school EFL teachers teaching in South Khorasan province during 0212-0211 academic year. Data were analyzed using correlation and Regression. The analyses of the data indicated that there was a statistically significant positive correlation between EFL teachers’ social capital and their level of burnout (r = 20322, n = 119, p = 20221). The results were discussed and the implications were made.
