خلاصه مقاله:
In this study, a hot sphere metal comes into contact with a cool liquid. A simple and accurate mathematical analysis method based on a linearization of energy equation is developed. The energy equationis reduced to form of (Gr*Pr*ε) heat conduction equation for which the solution exists. Comparison of the theoretical and experimental results of other investigators have been described [3,5].Collation of theoretical heat fluxes (i.e.; equation 16) with experimental data reveals very good agreement with transition boiling, but in film boiling and nucleate boiling shows (5%~10%) error less than with experimental work.
