خلاصه مقاله:
Nano-structured gamma Al2O3 powders were prepared by combustion synthesis method utilizing serine as complexing agent. The product was sonicated to obtain nano powders. A Taguchi L-4 statistical design of combustion synthesis utilized to optimize the production of gamma-alumina powder. The product was characterized by XRD, BET, SEM, and LLS. Nano crystalline γ-alumina with crystal size between 4.26nm to 5.47nm and α-alumina powders with crystal size 24.51nm and 28.62nm were obtained by combustion synthesis. The specific surface area was measured by BET method. Result shows 75.21m2/g. The average particle size after sonication of product, observed by LLS, was 79.32 nm.
