خلاصه مقاله:
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between organization entrepreneurship and psychological empowerment.The statistical population were 10394 employees working in Fars industrial companies of which 388 employees were taken as the sample. Questionnaires and the data were analyzed by SPSS and Expert Choice programs.The results showed that there were meaningful relations among psychological empowerment and entrepreneurship components except process innovativeness, Self-renewal and risk taking. The study of gender, age and marital status revealed that people ranging from 35 to 44 and married people had higher organizational entrepreneurship ability.There was not a meaningful relation between education degree and organizational entrepreneurship
