The results of these studies have shown a serious gap in practical projects and case studies that have been carriedout in Iran s research. Some of that comes from the Prevention of theconstruction industry according to the downturn & this causes lack of new ideas Implemented in the industry, and some of that comes from the legal requirements and the Correction Process for the project Performance-based on BIM technology
