Abstract:
selection of optimum portfolio of projects when an organization is involve with a set of project with a pre-determined net present value and initial investment cost, has both practical and theoretical importance which has made a great willing for researchers in last decades. in real world the net present value, profit, resource requirements and initial investment cost of an undone or even ongoing project usually can not be estimated deterministically in advance. In real cases, projectoutcomes including net present value and its profit mixed with ambiguity and vagueness. Moreover in most of situations the decision maker has no clear sense about the exact amoount of total budget of the organization for next decision horizon and required resources for a project has a notable ambiguity. fuzzy environment can present these situations properly. we develop a full fuzzy mathematical programming with fuzzy initial investment cost and fuzzy profit of a project as well as fuzzy right hand side as total available budget in a decision making horizon. We associated the problem to 0-1 fuzzy NP-hard problem. The aforementioned problem have solved through a fuzzy 0-1 programming for this fuzzy project capital budgeting. the proposed fuzzy has been tested an illustrative numerical examples. Due to our best Knowledge, this contribution is rarely considered in this field at the time of paper development.
