Abstract:
determining of relative importance of factors that effect on repairing mathod selection and comparison among the repairing methods for corrosion damage in Iranian oil Pipeline Company are multi-criterion decision making problem. The aim of this paper is to identify some of the important and critical criteria that affect on the repairing method selection. Fuzzy extended analytic hierarchy process (EFAHP) based methodology will be used to tackle the different decision criteria that involved in repair method selection. FEAHP is an efficient tool to handle the fuzziness of the data involved in deciding the preferences of different decision variables. the linguistic levels of comparisons produced by experts for each comparison are tapped in the from triangular fuzzy numbers to construct fuzzy pair-wise comparison matrices.
The results of analysis show that allowable pressure of pipeline during repairing operation is the most important factors and the cost of repairing method is the less important factor in the repairing method selection of oil pipeline in Iranian oil pipeline Company. then for corrosion damage of oil pipeline, four repair methods including Type B Sleeve, Composite reinforcement, Patching and Incompressible Resin- Filled Sleeve are compared. After comparison of repairing methods, using the sensitivity analysis, the stability of the model is performed.
