Abstract:

عملکرد زنجیره تامین در محیط رقابتی کسب و کار امروز، یکی از کلیدی ترین مسایل صنایع مختلف می باشد. درمدیریت زنجیره تامین، اندازه گیری عملکرد، اصل اساسی اثربخشی است و محققین مدل های مختلفی را در این حوزهتوسعه داده اند. آنچه در این مطالعه انجام شده است عبارت از بررسی ادبیات حوزه اندازه گیری عملکرد زنجیره تامین و ارایهیک نمای کلی از سیستم ها، رویکردها، تکنیک ها و معیارها است. برای این منظور، 38 مقاله از 354 مقاله مرتبط از سال-های 2000 تا 2016 انتخاب شدهاند تا بنیان مستحکمی جهت آثار آکادمیک و تخصصی آتی در حوزه اندازه گیری عملکردزنجیره تامین ارایه نماید. بر اساس بررسی های انجام شده، فرصت های پژوهشی بسیاری در حوزه اندازه گیری عملکرد درزمینه زنجیره تامین وجود دارد.
