Delays in organizational management system using exploratory factor analysis (Case Study: Tehran Oil Refining Company)

Among the problems that people face, especially employees, their procrastination in implementing therefore .This type of procrastination tendency and permanent staff to postpone the work activity is associated with anxiety. The aim of this study was to investigate factors affecting employees in the organization s management is procrastination.The number of sampels include 375 individuals who have filled descriptive questionnaires, the results showed that three organizational, personal and environmental, respectively, of the highest importance is arranged using the standard coefficients.
