Abstract:
The research aims to survey the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and organizational conflicts management in personnel (case study: social security treatment management of Karaj and related units). The research variables include Emotional Intelligence and conflict. In the research, it was used descriptive-Survey method in order to survey the hypothesis and to answer the research questions. The research statistical society includes managers, assistants and personnel of social security treatment management of Karaj and related units. The research statistical sample volume is 268 people. The research has been accomplished in social security treatment management of Karaj and related units. In the research, it has been used the emotional Intelligence and organizational conflicts management in order to collect necessary data in the research. It has been used Pearson statistical test in the research. It has been used SPSS software in order to analyze collected data and to survey the research hypothesis. The research findings represented that there s a significant relationship between Emotional Intelligence and organizational conflicts management on personnel of social security treatment management of Karaj and related units.
