REDUCE OF THREATING RISKS IN CIVIL PROJECTS BY USING EPC

Risks can over flow during performance of each project phases. Each project also should be of an appropriate profitable in addition to ability of debt pay. Existence of different risks can influence the project financial flows which lead to liquidity shortage providing lack of control and of this liquidity shortage is to the extent that can not pay creditors demands, the project is failed. Therefore, the risk analysis is a very important factor in success and put through the project. In this paper, first all risks related to the project are divided to three general classifications, risks before the project finish, risks after the project finish and common risks in each two steps, and then for management of each of these risk classifications is presented check strategies and or the risk elimination by emphasis on EPC contracts.
