The knowledge management (KM) strategy selection is a kind of multiple criteria decision-making (MCDM) problem, which requires considering a large number of complex factors as multiple evaluation criteria. The purpose of this paper is to develop knowledge management strategies (KMS) by providing a framework for new theory and ranked by the Multi Criteria for selecting an appropriate strategy is the strategy proposed. In this paper, a review of literature and Delphi approach to identify factors influencing the choice of KMS. This paper proposes an effective solution based on a combined ANP and DEMATEL approach to help companies that evaluate existing KM strategy and decide on appropriate strategies that best suits their needs. The impact and effectiveness criteria are determined by DEMATEL, as well as the rank and KMS chosen for the case study conducted by the ANP. Our study leads to development of knowledge management strategies using a new significant classification of KMS. Second, dynamic – aggressive KMS with the most points at the level of the study as the most appropriate strategy is chosen. Assessment scales of the ANP and the DEMATEL are not unified. The lessons learned from the case study suggest that choice the organizational KMS can be different because of the differences between organizational objectives, resources, facilities, and organizational culture depends. Cases of successful implementation of KMS (dynamic - aggressive), can only transfer of knowledge and the ability to learn how to interact with users and an increase in satisfaction and motivation to achieve much progress. This paper represents one of the earliest works that analyzes the knowledge management strategy based on a comprehensive approach
