Location and time changes studies in heavy metals (nickel and zinc) in Gariz food tissue at Persian gulf

Present research done in order to analyze and determine nickel and zinc concentration in fish muscle tissue at three regions Qeshm , Bandar Tiab and coast region of Bandar abbass (Persian golf).Also in this research examined effect of season (winter and summer) on nickel and zinc gathering In gariz fish in these region. Then concentration of elements (nickel , zinc) in muscle compared with global standards. for 180 samples of gariz fish (for each station and season 30 samples) at three regions transfer to laberatory and after life measurement , the study tissue (muscle tissue) sampled dividly In winter and summer. Then samples compared with after they dried , powderd and digested to determine concentraction and measured by atomic absorption machine .Resalts showed they from nickel and zinc concentration point of view in gariz muscle tissue and also concentration of nickel and zinc at three regions of study in summer and winter , there is a meaningful difference . in both summer and winter concentration in muscle tissue at Qeshm region was more than others.By the way the results of comparison showed concentrations of nickel and zinc at three regions is more than global standard extent, that shows contamination of ecosystems are problematic for aquatic creatures
