Abstract:

The aim of study is to measure the influence information technology on the staff maturity of the Bam University of Medical Science. It was done in descriptive method that was classified in correlation group. Participants in this study were 044 employees Bam University of Medical Sciences that 691 employees was elected according to Cocharn formula. We concluded with the questionnaires about Staff maturity and the questionnaires about information technology. The professors confirmed the content validity of these questionnaires. Coronbach’s Alpha coefficient was measured for the questionnaires about Staff maturity and the questionnaires about information technology 4990, 4990 respectively. It was used in pls software to analysis data. The foundations showed information technology such as Skill ware، Human ware,influenced in the staff maturity, but there is no relation between Information ware,therefore, it is suggested that information technology is employed in Bam university of Medical Science due to it increases staff maturity.
