Abstract:

Oxidation and polymerization of olefin and heavy aromatic compounds of gasoline causes precipitation in carburetor, injection systems and combustion area of engine. Imperfect combustion of fuel causes percentage of gas emission (CO, NOx, HC) increased. For prevent of precipitation, choline stearate soap was synthesized as nano structure and used as a new cleaner additive agent for emission reduction on combustion of fuels in gasoline engines. In this article we choose suitable activator surfactant for permanent emulsion of nano soap in gasoline with activator surfactant adding different amount of emulsion with nano soap in gasoline and doing pollution test of gas emission from exhaust. Adding different amount of activator surfactant to fuel without any nano soap and redoing pollution test of gas emission in auto. Structure Survey of results show applying choline stearate nano As a oxidize compound With high cleaning ability when use with suitable amount in gasoline and kind of auto. Normally cause 30-50% decrease of these two emissions (CO, HC), but have not or negative affect on amount of NOX.
