Since the twenty first century, Natural resources have been main and vital factors of economic development. Human resources are one of the strongest forces for applying natural resources inorder to accelerate the economic growth and development. The utility of human resources depends on educated, healthy and wealthy that effect on invention, innovation and entrepreneurship. The international economics literatures have been widely emphasized on status of women who isconsidered as an integral element of the human resource. Nearly half of human resources in the world are women, so, employing them expedites the process of economic growth. The Persian Gulf regions having plenty of natural resources due to having significant revenues from petroleum and gas reserves. Women are 2424 percent of Persian Gulf populations who are going ahead oftheir male counterparts in literacy and academic achievements. But these regions are the backward states in terms of participation of women on the process of economic. While, these regions arestriving to find a place in global map of development and modernity, they are hardly permited women’s participated in economic infrastructure. Fortunately, this petty participation has achieved some advancement on status of Arab women. This paper tries to show role of economic growth and its effect on status of Arab women as human recourse in Persian Gulf.
