خلاصه مقاله:
The present paper investigates the optical properties of gallium and hafnium doped ZnO colloidal nanocrystals which have been prepared by an improved sol-gel green technique. The samples were characterized by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and scanning electron microscopy. Increasing Ga dopant decreased the crystallite size and increased the band gap energy of ZnO nanoparticles. XRD patterns only consist of ZnO diffraction peaks with the preferred (101) orientation for wurtzite structure.
