Abstract:
The study region is located around the city of Borujerd, in the province of Lorestan, Iran which is surrounded by Zagros mountain in the East, North and West. There is a large plain lies in South and Southeast. The five cardinals directions or cardinals points are the direction of north, east, west, south, and southeast. The study region is located on Zagros mountain in eastern of 48-30-49 latitude and north of 33-30-34 longitude with geology map scale of 1.100000, and its stones, according to stratigraphy, belong to Paleozoic-Mesozoic and tertiary. This study has confirmed that granitoids petrography (mineralogy, texture) can be used for known Mineral Resources and Geothermal Energy . This study will show more complete Recognition about Mineral exploration and Geothermal energy.This research was conducted based on multiple field studies including sampling . These samples have been analyzed in ALS Chemex laboratory to determine the major oxides and trace elements (REE) with method ME-ICP06,and ME-MS81(A mixing method to obtain the basic elements and rare). Most rocks in this area can be divided into six categories: monzogranite, granodiorite , tonalite , Sino Granite , monzonite and feldspar - quartz cataclastic (pegmatitic). All of the intrusive rocks are sub-alkaline.Based on comparison of the chart FeOt / MgO with SiO2 of Miyashiro (1974) and AFM of Irvine and Bargar (1971) they are shown to be in the alkaline range. Al Saturation indicates pera aluminous range or above aluminum, therefore seems major and minor elements on variation diagrams compare to SiO2 and MgO which they formed from two separate families of origin. The family of graphical diagrams of granitoid and monzonite show that process and content of major elements and trace elements don’t have any overlap. This lack of overlap show that reproducive failure associated with one another. There isn’t any relationship by monzonite family in geochemical diagrams.
