Mellat Park is one the most famous park in Iran. Cinema Complex was opened during a ceremony at the Mellat Park on November 9, 2008. This project has a unique architecture. This cinema was designed by Reza Daneshmir. This paper tries to precisely evaluate Mellat Cinema Complex and criticize all parts of this project with design configuration in detail. The concept formed from a cube which has pressed in the middle part. Although the form of this project has many fans, the lack of communication between the form and the function, maybe for a normal visitor at the first glance is obvious. In many points mysterious designing and discovering adventures might be interesting but if you were in a usual man who wants to just enjoy watching the movie, what will you think Definitely it might be a horrible to find your saloon in the hardest way and encounter dead end paths. There is a plant coverage with a green color which has no harmony with the gray concrete, the plant coverage which plays such an important role there. Maintaining the plant coverage in front of the project was a clever decision to notes that a combination of city and nature is charming but their reflection on a screen with gray concrete around is a dirty scenery. Finally, it seems that Reza Daneshmir began as an artist and his brush with the avant-garde of the now a days often made him a modern figure. Mellat cinema complex can be successful model for the design of spaces and architecture works of all time, though it would be more successful with Iranian vernacular architecture elements like: wind catchers, Hashti and Sabat.
