خلاصه مقاله:
This paper presents and evaluates an approach for handlingstress constraint in topological design. The Finite ElementMethod (FEM) and the Solid Isotropic Material withPenalization (SIMP) is used to formulate the topologyoptimization. A new scheme is presented to evaluate thevon Mises stress at the element centroids. A single P-normintegrated stress constraint is used to reduce thecomputational time. The stress constraint sensitivity iscalculated by using the adjoint method. The optimizationproblem is solved by the Method of Moving Asymptotes(MMA). Two dimensional, plane elasticity problem isconsidered. The resulted topology shows the validity of theproposed approach.
