There are many severe and fatal crashes that result fromvehicles colliding with another vehicle as head-on. Crashanalysis or crash simulation is a procedure that is done toverify the crashworthiness of a vehicle. This is usually doneto investigate the safety of a vehicle, i.e. to check thestructural integrity of the vehicle by using a computersoftware that has an essential tool for shortening automobiledevelopment time and lowering costs. The objective of thiswork is to simulate head-on crash test of two vehicles. Themodel used here consists of two Dodge Neon passengervehicles. The software used for the simulation is RADIOSS.The acceleration, contact force and deformed energy of thevehicle are traced.
