Abstract:

Leadership is the process of influencing others to achieve some goals. The four dominant approaches in the field of leadership studies the characteristics approach, behavioral approach , ideological approach and value approach. Imamate and Leadership in Islam is a special place and the leadership of the most important pillars of Islam, which is also protecting other organs. According to the text of the Holy Quran Muslim prophet were responsible for the leadership and the leadership of Imam Ali (PBUH) says communicated to the public. Prophet s farewell pilgrimage at a place called Ghadir God blesses it, and also delivered sermons with great themes of Imam Ali (AS) and other members of the chain of Imamate to Imam Mahdi (AS) replied announced. In this paper, based on the four proposed approaches on leadership in knowledge management has been valuable to analyze the content of this sermon. Each part of the sermon themes extraction is based on the responses to the survey questions was grouped. In the final model utilizes the integrated approach in the leadership of all four approaches have been combined. Beliefs about God,divine commandments and the leadership and leadership as a basis for leadership model has been proposed. Imam and leadership characteristics, behavior and paying attention to follow Imam and leader of positive and negative invited followers to steer or straying leader position as a contingency approach in identifying sermon of Ghadir-e-Sharif and its related concepts are provided. Credit check the validity of research is based on concepts extracted by two researchers and the percentage of their agreement has been made.
