In this paper, the Anti-Monopoly Law of the People’s Republic of China (2007) and itsevolution through a decade will be discussed. As Islamic Republic of Iran has not yetenacted a comprehensive anti-monopoly law, this paper will give some suggestions andlessons, got from Chinese experience, to the Iranian law-makers.
