Multilevel modeling has been recently employed to explain organizational change processes. Although past studies have identified several factors, which may influence change effectiveness, no mutilevel model has been proposed thus far incorporating the influence of organization members beleifs about their group and organization s capabilities for change, collective efficacy for change, on change processes and change effectiveness. in addition although the impact of collective efficacy on group performance has been investigated in different contexts, it has rarely been investigated in the cotext of organization change.
