خلاصه مقاله:
The scientific developments necessarily lead to development of some dimensions of law. One of the most significant achievements gained in the last century led to formation of space crafts and finally transfer of human into outer space. Soviet Union was the first State sent vehicle and human both into outer space. Subsequent to the Russian launchings, American scientists seriously pursued the outer-space activities in a way that they could land the first human on the surface of the moon. These politically scientific races underlay the formation of international agreements and treaties in the field of outer-space law. This article is promised to investigate on general principles governing on the responsibility of launching States and various points of space liability in case of damage realization.
