خلاصه مقاله:
The CMAC neural network has been designed on the basis of human cerebellum. Actually CMAC is a type of a lookup table. Due to its high efficiency in different fields such as modeling and control the CMAC neural network has different applications.The resource allocation problem of inverse Data Envelopment Analysis deals with the reallocation of input values for a given Decision Making Unit (DMU) when some or all of its outputs are changed while the efficiency score stays unchanged. This paper addresses the stochastic version of resource allocation problem through the use of CMAC neural network and Chance Constrained Programming (CCP). Simulated Results using the case study of Program Follow Through, related to the education of statistical design in public schools, reveals the practicality of the proposed models.
